My name is Lora and I have had the absolute pleasure to work with Kelli. I can’t begin to thank her enough for all the ways she has worked with me and helped me. What started out with thinking I would receive help with my physical health actually turned into helping heal my mental health which in turn helped my physical health. Kelli is an amazing listener- which is hard to say of people nowadays. She listened to what I had to say (rabbit trails and all), thought before she spoke and then responded. I have been struggling with my weight and wanted to make some lifestyle changes. To help with this, I started working with Kelli, who assisted me in altering my eating habits and creating a meal plan, as well as a life balance plan. Kelli was instrumental in coaching me through the challenges I faced due to my busy lifestyle. Through her insightful questions and my answers, she guided me in finding solutions. Kelli offered various ideas to help me balance my day and plan ahead. She set both short-term and long-term goals for me to achieve. Additionally, she provided valuable resources, such as handouts and guidebooks. I signed up to have Kelli Skarritt help me with my depression and mental health. Over the past few weeks I enjoyed Kelli coming in and assisting me with ideas to help me not feel so lost. The one main thing she gave me tasks and things I had to achieve. I shared my concerns, she listened and gave me good suggestions of what I should be talking to my doctor about. My doctor realized my anxiety medicine was messing up my blood pressure so he readjusted my meds and finally after three weeks I am feeling like my old self again. Working with Kelli on meditation and breath work has been so transformative for my overall wellness. Her techniques with visualization, deep breathing, and body scanning allow me to recharge and focus on my relaxation and balance. Our morning sessions were always the perfect quick start to my day to allow me to feel energized and in the right frame of mind before beginning a hectic day.
